My journey in the field of architecture and building surveying has been a rewarding and fulfilling one. It all started at University College London (UCL), where I pursued my architecture degree with unwavering dedication. I'm proud to say that I graduated with First Class Honours, a testament to the hard work and passion I poured into my studies.

Building on this strong foundation, I decided to further expand my knowledge and expertise by pursuing a Master's degree in Building Surveying. 

Upon completing my education, I was fortunate enough to secure a position as a Building Control Surveyor at Dartford Council. In this role, I am entrusted with the crucial task of assisting in the enforcement of health and safety regulations related to building construction. This role has allowed me to apply my knowledge and skills in a real-world context, ensuring that buildings in the community meet the highest standards of safety and compliance.

My journey has been driven by a deep-seated passion for property and the environment. I've always believed that these two elements are intricately connected, and it's our responsibility to ensure that the built environment aligns with sustainability goals.

This passion has driven me to explore various property strategies, including rent to rent, deal selling, and buy refurbishments. I believe that by continuously expanding my knowledge and skill set, I can contribute to creating better and more sustainable built environments for our communities. For me, the property business is not just about implementing strategies; it's a broader vision of providing valuable support and housing solutions to professionals.
