How Does It Work?

Do I have to pay for this service?

No, you won't have to pay any fees, commissions, or administration costs. Take full advantage of your investment by collecting all of your monthly rental money.

Does the property need to be furnished?

No, we'll outfit the house entirely. If necessary, we can also help with the property's renovation and upkeep.

How long is the contract?

We normally negotiate lease terms of 1 to 5 years. In order to meet everyone's demands, terms are negotiable and will vary from property to property.
